AI-powered regulatory intelligence for financial institutions

ProductNquiry
CompanyNcontracts
What it Does

An AI compliance agent that gives banks, credit unions, and other financial firms fast, cited, auditable answers to regulatory questions. It works over 17 years of proprietary, Ncontracts-curated regulatory data, returning the exact passages and citations behind each answer.

Complexity

In compliance, answers are only useful if a bank can defend them. Every response must trace to an authoritative source and hold up under audit, while being grounded in overlapping, ever-changing rules that generalized AI often gets wrong.

Behavioural modelling for banks and credit unions

ProductModelIQ
CompanyEmpyrean
What it Does

Enables banks and credit unions to calibrate, test, and document how financial instruments like loans, deposits, and credit cards actually behave. ModelIQ replaces static, one-off consultant studies with ongoing, institution-specific calibration and governance.

Complexity

Datasets with 100 million daily transactions must be segmented, modelled, and calibrated per institution. Every model output needs a full audit trail and transparent documentation, so regulators and examiners can interrogate assumptions directly rather than treating the model as a black box.

AI-powered compliance and fair lending analysis

ProductNtelligence
CompanyNcontracts
What it Does

Tools that transform compliance workflows. Complaint Ntelligence automatically categorises customer complaints, spots patterns, and recommends remediation. Regression Ntelligence automates fair lending analysis that previously took weeks and expensive consultants, delivering answers in minutes.

Complexity

The model must isolate legitimate credit factors like income and credit history from potential bias signals in lending decisions. When regulators scrutinise the output, every statistical conclusion must be defensible, making precision in the underlying regression modelling non-negotiable.

Agentic AI for wealth advisers and asset managers

ProductNexus AI
CompanyFE fundinfo
What it Does

AI agents that work alongside wealth advisers to handle call preparation, follow-ups, portfolio monitoring, and operational tasks. Nexus AI improves adviser productivity and client outcomes while giving firms visibility on cost-to-serve across their adviser base.

Complexity

There's no objective ground-truth for adviser-client interactions, and outcomes like investment returns play out over months, not minutes. Building eval frameworks where success is inherently subjective required a fundamentally different approach.

Agentic AI for community association management

ProductCephai+
CompanyCINC
What it Does

Native, embedded AI productivity layer across the CINC platform, enabling community managers to prioritise work, automate workflows, manage communications, and execute actions across HOAs. Provides portfolio-wide benchmarking, reporting, and performance analytics.

Complexity

Property managers have to collaborate across an ecosystem of homeowners, boards, vendors, and regulators. Building AI that operates across these stakeholders, each with different needs, permissions, and context, requires agents that coordinate with each other without losing accuracy across associations.
